LibriSeed privacy policy
Version of 25 September 2026 · Polski · Deutsch · Español · Français · Português (BR)
1. Controller
The controller of personal data is LibriSeed sp. z o.o., ul. Królowej Jadwigi 43, 61-871 Poznań, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001246642, NIP PL7831955656, REGON 544966106. For any matter concerning personal data, write to seed@libriseed.com.
2. The libriseed.com website
The website runs on the Ploy platform (ploy.ai) on Cloudflare infrastructure. When you visit it, these providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view and the time of your visit. They do this to display the website, to protect it against abuse and to keep visit statistics.
Cloudflare stores the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie in your browser. It tells people apart from bots and expires after 30 minutes. If you choose a language, we remember your choice for one year in the libriseed_locale cookie.
The Ploy platform automatically keeps cookie-free visit statistics. Its visitor recognition feature may, based on this data and external sources, associate a visit with a company and, in some cases, with a person. We do not use this feature intentionally, we do not use its results for contact or marketing, and we never send messages based on them.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object at any time by writing to seed@libriseed.com.
3. Email contact
If you write to us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message in order to reply and continue the conversation, including about possible cooperation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and then until the limitation period for possible claims expires.
4. LinkedIn and the LibriGrowth tool
We run the LibriSeed company page on LinkedIn. Posts on it are prepared by our internal tool, LibriGrowth, with the help of an AI assistant named Jaskier. A person reads and approves every post before it is published.
The tool connects to LinkedIn only on behalf of an administrator of our company page. It processes that administrator’s access token, the identifier of our page, and the content and identifiers of our own posts. It does not collect or store data about other LinkedIn members and does not send them messages. We store the token encrypted until it expires or is revoked.
Drafts are prepared by an AI model of an external provider. We send it only material about LibriSeed, without personal data.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in informing about our business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data of LinkedIn members is also processed by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company under its own privacy policy. For company page statistics, LibriSeed and LinkedIn are joint controllers on the terms set by LinkedIn.
5. Recipients
Our IT service providers may receive data only as needed to provide their services to us: the Ploy website platform, Cloudflare infrastructure, our email provider and our AI model provider. LinkedIn receives data as needed to operate our company page.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers, including Ploy and Cloudflare, may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In that case we rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase and port it, to restrict its processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. To exercise your rights, write to seed@libriseed.com.
8. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
9. Changes
We publish the current version of this policy on this page.
